What
is the correct fist:
I learned to make a loose fist at Taoist Tai Chi. It is a fist
that is
open enough to stick your opposite index finger down
through (don‘t leave your index finger
in the fist!). The thumb
is then placed on the outside over the index, middle and ring
fingers.
This makes a large tool to bring energy to acupressure
points and break up blocks to energy flow.
Here's what your fist should look like: |

Daily
General Balancing Technique:
 |
Step 1- One fist over third eye area
(between eye brows and up about 1 inch, the other
fist an inch below
the belly button (hara point). Hold until you feel a
release or
one minute.

Step 2- One fist over each ear. Hold
until you feel a release or one minute.

Step 3- Both fists over heart area (in
the center). Hold until you feel a release or one
minute. |
These steps are to be done twice a day, on
arising and before going to bed. Experience
energy balance
during your day and your sleep allowing you to be at your best
and to heal
yourself.
